What’s included in the Basic Package?
The Basic Package includes a square footage report with both heated and unheated areas clearly separated, perfect for quick MLS listings that don’t need a floor plan.
What’s the difference between the Pro and Pro Plus Packages?
The Pro Package includes a 2D floor plan and square footage report. The Pro Plus adds a 3D model of the property, ideal for high-end or remote buyer listings.
Do you measure commercial properties?
Yes, we offer square footage and floor plan services for both residential and commercial spaces in the Charlotte area. Contact us for a custom quote if your property is outside the typical home format.
